Career Fairs:
We organize and host several career and information events each semester providing UNM students
and alumni with the opportunity to network with employers/recruiters, to learn more about a
variety of occupations, and to find employment. Our career events each academic year
include:
- Hispanic Engineering and Science Organization (HESO) Career Fair (September)
- Anderson School of Management Career Fair (September)
- Graduate and Professional School Fair (October)
- Public Service Career Showcase (November)
- Career Expo (February)
- Educators' Job Fair (April)
- School of Architecture + Planning Career Fair (Spring Semester)
Public Service Career Showcase 2009
November 4, 2009, 9:00am to 3:00pm
UNM Student Union Ballrooms
Consider an exciting career in public service! The UNM Public Service Career Showcase is designed to facilitate the recruitment of
the best and the brightest that New Mexico has to offer and to encourage job seekers to consider a career in public service -
"Working for America." The focus is on employment in federal, state, and municipal governments. Students from all the
four-year universities and two-year community colleges are invited to attend. The showcase is open to UNM alumni and
community members as well.
